Thanks to Paulo Rosenbaum, editor of Jewishbrazil.com, everything was planned for me to have a beautiful kosher trip: hotels near synagogues with employees knowing the special needs of jewish people (low floors,...), families hosting for shabbat (Paulo even found me a french speaking family !), visit of Sao Paulo... He even took us to a football game ! Paulo Rosenbaum knows his country, its history, and the specific history of the jewish people in Brasil. I met him in Sao Paulo only, but I can tell you: he can lead you to every place in Brasil. He can talk to you about each and every little town of Brasil, giving you all the details you need. Paulo also knows everyone in the Jewish community. Everything you need, jewish or personal, he will find it for you ! I also have to mention his multilingual skills (portuguese, hebrew, english, french, ...) and his wonderful creativity that led him to improvise a great jewish samba in the middle of the shabbat dinner !"
